Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor – Shifts Vary

General Description
The Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and up-keep with achieving and oversee all exterior and interior responsibilities of Lucky Star Casino facilities and casino properties. The Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor is under the direct supervision of the Facilities & Maintenance Manager.
Work Schedule
- Required to work varies shifts (day shift, evening shift, overnight.)
- Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval by Manager/Director.
- May have to occasionally work overtime when needed and when approved.
- Maybe required to work at other Lucky Star casino facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that all duties and responsibilities of the exterior and interior properties are maintained.
- Required to maintain inventory control of tools, supplies and equipment for facilities.
- Operates tools/equipment and uses of chemicals in a safe manner.
- Oversee that all policy and procedures, safety guidelines and safety rules are being followed.
- Assist with scheduling, assist with daily duties and other responsibilities and checklist are being followed.
- Oversee the preventive maintenance on all equipment and tools.
- Ensure the communication with any all Department Managers/Supervisors.
- Assist with performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and coaching/training as needed.
- Assist with new hire training and new hire checklist.
- Must exhibit STAR treatment to all customers and employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Job Requirements
- Stand continuously with some sitting and perform job functions for a full shift with lunch break.
- Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting and pulling.
- Requires working in extreme seasonal weather conditions
- Move objects up to and exceeding 50lbs. with reasonable accommodations.

Qualification Standards
- Must pass pre-employment drug test.
- Must possess a valid Driver license
- Must maintain valid Cheyenne and Arapaho Gaming License/permit.
- Experience in related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
